• Minimum Stay: 7 consecutive nights required
• Minimum Booking Value: Total booking must be at least $10,000 (before credit applied)
• Booking Deadline: Must book reservation within 90 days of purchase date
• Stay Deadline: Actual stay must occur within 12 months of purchase date
• Property Eligibility: Valid at any Home Reserve property (Shipwatch Shores, Playalinda Beach House, Tennessee Mountain Retreats)
• Availability: Subject to availability at time of booking; no blackout dates
• Application: Credit applied at time of booking confirmation as payment toward total
