1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase or payment will NOT increase your chances of winning. All complimentary entries (whether obtained through paid packages or free AMOE) are treated equally and have the same odds of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal U.S. residents of eligible states only. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Sweepstakes. Winner must be 25 years of age or older to redeem the prize, OR be accompanied by a qualifying adult (25+) during the stay.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

No substitution, transfer (except as noted), or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion

Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if original prize becomes unavailable

Prize awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied

Winner and guests must comply with all property rules and third-party provider terms
-
Any damage to property or rental vehicle is winner's responsibility
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Drawing Method: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on January 1, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will use a verifiable random selection method.
Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry within 48 hours of drawing. Winner must respond within 72 hours of initial notification attempt.
If winner does not respond within 72 hours, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible, or if winner declines the prize, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Winner will be announced publicly via Instagram (@shipwatchshores_fl) and on dreamvacaygiveaway.com after verification is complete.
Winner Verification: Potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documents within specified timeframe may result in disqualification.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries (free AMOE and paid package entries) have equal individual odds of being selected.
8. TAXES & FEES
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $30,000 USD.
Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (or applicable tax form) for the ARV of the prize. Winner must provide valid Social Security Number or Tax ID for tax reporting purposes.
Failure to comply with tax obligations may result in forfeiture of prize.
9. VACATION CREDIT REDEMPTION TERMS
Vacation Credits included with voluntary entry packages are separate from the Sweepstakes and subject to the following terms and conditions:
9.1 Credit Value & Application
Credits are applied dollar-for-dollar as payment toward eligible bookings at The Home Reserve properties. Credit amounts vary by package tier as specified at time of purchase.
9.2 Eligibility Requirements
To redeem Vacation Credits, bookings must meet ALL of the following requirements:
a) Minimum Stay Duration:

Packages $50-$300: Minimum 5 consecutive nights

Packages $500-$1,000: Minimum 6 consecutive nights
-
Package $2,500: Minimum 7 consecutive nights
b) Minimum Booking Value:
The total booking value (before credit application) must meet or exceed the following minimums:

Example: A purchaser with a $300 credit must book a stay with a total value of at least $1,200 (before the credit is applied). The credit will then reduce the amount due to $900.
9.3 Booking & Stay Deadlines

Stay Deadline: Actual stay must occur within 12 months of credit purchase date

Failure to meet either deadline results in forfeiture of credit with no refund or extension
9.4 Property Eligibility

9.5 Availability & Blackout Dates

All bookings are subject to property availability at time of reservation

No blackout dates apply; however, availability is not guaranteed

Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
9.6 Credit Restrictions

Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person
-
No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
-
No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable under all circumstances
-
Single Use: Credits must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple bookings
-
No Combinations: Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or packages unless explicitly stated by Sponsor
9.7 Additional Charges
Credits apply only to the base rental rate. The following charges are NOT covered by credits and must be paid separately:

Cleaning fees

Damage deposits

Taxes and service fees

Optional add-ons (e.g., early check-in, late checkout, equipment rentals)
9.8 Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation policies follow standard Home Reserve booking terms

If a booking is canceled, credit may be restored to purchaser's account if within the original validity period
-
Credits restored after cancellation remain subject to all original terms and deadlines
9.9 Forfeiture
Credits will be forfeited with no refund under the following circumstances:

Failure to book within 90-day booking deadline
-
Failure to complete stay within 12-month stay deadline
-
Booking does not meet minimum night or minimum value requirements
-
Violation of any Home Reserve property rules or policies

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
10.1 Disqualification & Abuse Prevention
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for:

Fraud or attempted fraud

Tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes

Violation of these Official Rules

Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to enter
-
Submitting duplicate free entries under multiple names, emails, or identities
-
Providing false or misleading information
-
Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior
Sponsor may void all entries associated with the same individual, IP address, email address, mailing address, phone number, or payment method if abuse is suspected.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine its legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation:

Technical failures or malfunctions

Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

Printing, typographical, or administrative errors
Released Parties are not responsible for:

Data processing errors or computer malfunctions

Any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to participation in the Sweepstakes
SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE.
10.3 Disputes & Arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees:

That any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action

That any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (excluding attorney's fees and court costs)

Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules

Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California
10.4 Publicity Rights
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, prize information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
10.5 Privacy Policy
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [insert privacy policy URL].
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell, rent, or distribute entrant information to third parties except as required for Sweepstakes administration or as required by law.
10.6 Force Majeure
Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to execute the Sweepstakes or provide the prize due to causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, natural disasters, or labor disputes.
11. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION & CANCELLATION
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, minimum participation thresholds are not met or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is canceled:

All paid Vacation Credit Package purchases will be refunded in full within 30 days

No prize will be awarded
