Official Rules — Luxury Gulf-Front Beach Home Sweepstakes

 

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by MH Luxury Properties (“Sponsor”).

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter for free, complete the online form or mail a legibly handwritten entry including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 24, 2025 and received by December 28, 2025 to be eligible. Each valid AMOE submission receives one (1) official entry into the Sweepstakes with equal odds per entry as paid entries.

Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate.

3. ELIGIBILITY


Open only to legal residents of the United States excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The winner must be 25 years of age or older at time of prize redemption.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

4. ENTRY METHODS & PAID ENTRY PACKAGES

Entrants may enter either by AMOE or by purchasing one of the following paid entry packages:

Each entry, whether free or paid, receives equal odds per entry. Purchasing additional entries does not increase the odds per individual entry.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Guaranteed Grand Prize — ARV $30,000 USD

One (1) winner will receive a seven (7) night stay in a luxury Gulf-front beach home and the following guaranteed inclusions:

  • Gulf-Front Luxury Home Stay (7 nights) w.heated pool

  • $2,500 Travel Credit

  • Luxury Vehicle Rental

  • 6-Seat Golf Cart

  • Private Beach Chair & Umbrella Service

  • Paddle Board Rentals

  • Private Beach Bonfire Experience

Total Guaranteed Grand Prize ARV: $30,000 USD

Bonus Experience Selection (Choose 3)

In addition to the Guaranteed Grand Prize, the winner may select any three (3) bonus experiences from a curated list of luxury and adventure experiences, such as:

  • Yacht Cruise

  • Professional Photo Session

  • Exotic Vehicle Upgrade

  • Spa Experience

  • Private Chef Experience

  • Helicopter Flight for Two (2)

  • Jet Skis for Two (2)

Bonus experiences are subject to availability, seasonal restrictions, and third-party provider terms and are NOT included in the $30,000 Guaranteed ARV. Estimated combined bonus value may be up to $10,000; actual value may vary.

Actual value of all prizes may vary based on seasonality and availability. No cash substitution permitted.

6. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC to the winner for the $30,000 Guaranteed ARV.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on January 1, 2026.

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner must complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, and tax documentation prior to prize issuance.

Winner has 60 days to finalize booking dates. Stay must occur between March 2026 - March 2027. Subject to availability.

Prize is transferable only with Sponsor’s written approval.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. SPONSOR DISCRETION & DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, tampering, violation of these Official Rules, or conduct that could compromise the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11. Minimum Participation Requirement & Sponsor’s Right to Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s judgment, a minimum participation threshold has not been achieved by the scheduled end date of the promotion. If Sponsor elects to cancel the Sweepstakes for this reason, all paid bonus entry purchases will be automatically voided and fully refunded to the original form of payment within a commercially reasonable period. In such event, no prize will be awarded. Notice of any cancellation will be posted on the official Sweepstakes website.

12. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION (OPTIONAL)

Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, donate a portion of net proceeds from the promotion to one or more charitable organizations selected by Sponsor. Such contribution does not affect entrants’ chances of winning.

13. PUBLICITY

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
