NO REFUND POLICY
All Vacation Credit Package purchases are final and non-refundable.
What This Means:

All sales are final at the time of purchase

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Inability to use Vacation Credits

Failure to meet credit redemption requirements

Failure to win the Sweepstakes
-
Missed booking or stay deadlines
-

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited

Vacation Credits that expire unused will not be refunded or extended
Exception: Sweepstakes Cancellation
If the Sweepstakes is canceled by Sponsor under the Minimum Participation Requirement (as outlined in the Official Rules), all paid Vacation Credit Package purchases will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation notice.
This exception applies only to Sponsor-initiated cancellation due to insufficient participation. It does not apply to individual purchase regrets, booking issues, or credit expiration.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute reverses your purchase:

All related sweepstakes entries associated with that purchase will be immediately voided

All Vacation Credits associated with that purchase will be forfeited
-
You may be held responsible for any legal fees, administrative costs, or damages incurred by Sponsor in responding to fraudulent disputes

You may be permanently banned from future participation in Sponsor's promotions
