Booking & Travel

How long does the winner have to book?

When can the stay occur?
Any available 7 night / 6 day period between March 2026 - March 2027.

Is transportation included?
A $2,500 travel credit* is provided, plus a Luxury car rental for the duration of the stay.

How long do I have to book if I buy a vacation credit package?
You must book your stay within 90 days of your purchase date. Your stay must occur within 12 months of purchase. This applies to all vacation credit packages, not the grand prize.

Property & Vendor Discounts

Do all entrants receive a discount?
No. Discounts are included with select packages (see package details). Free entry participants remain fully eligible to win—discounts are just a bonus perk.

Is a purchase required to get a discount or to win?
No. No purchase is required to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Discounts are optional courtesy perks only.

When do courtesy discounts activate?
After purchase. Property booking discounts are valid for 60 days after the drawing. Vacation credits must be booked within 90 days of purchase date, regardless of the drawing date.

Can discounts be transferred or combined?
No. Discounts are non-transferable, non-cash value, one per booking, and may not be combined with other offers.

Vacation Credits

How do vacation credits work?

Vacation credits work like a gift card toward a future booking at any Home Reserve property. Here's how:

  • Booking deadline: Must book within 90 days of purchase
  • Stay deadline: Your actual stay must occur within 12 months of purchase
  • Minimum requirements: Each package has minimum night and minimum booking value requirements (see Official Rules)
  • No blackout dates: Subject to availability, but no restricted dates
  • Example: Buy $300 credit → Must book a stay worth at least $1,200 for minimum 5 nights → Use your $300 credit as payment

Are entries refundable?

Is the winner responsible for taxes?
